No. CartWay is fully online; we do not have a physical pickup location. Once your package arrives and is processed, you’ll get a notification and invoice. Pay online, and we’ll deliver it to your default address based on your chosen preference. Same-day and express delivery are available for requests and payments made by 10:00 AM.
Open Sunday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with Sunday hours ending at 3 PM. Closed on Saturdays and public holidays.
All payments must be made in full before delivery is completed. We accept bank transfers and other online payment methods. All delivery requests must be submitted and paid online by 8:00 AM, as our drivers do not accept payments at the time of delivery for security reasons.
We deliver to Kingston, Spanish Town, and Portmore within city limits. A flat rate of : $350 (1-2 business days) for packages or $1,000 for same-day express delivery applies. For other areas across Jamaica, we offer islandwide delivery via Knutsford or TARA, with standard courier fees.
Yes. We offer a 15-minute grace period. If you are unavailable, a re-delivery will be applied.
Yes. If delivery isn’t possible due to unavailability or incorrect details, a storage fee of USD 25 per day will be charged after 15 days.
Yes, all packages are 100% insured from the time we receive the item to the point of delivery. A minimum insurance fee of 0.06 applies.
