Open Sunday to Friday from 6 AM to 8 PM, with Sunday hours ending at 12 PM. Closed on Saturdays and public holidays.

All payments must be made in full before delivery is completed. We accept bank transfers and other online payment methods.

Yes. We offer a 15-minute grace period. If you are unavailable, a late fee of USD 3 applies. For a 40-minute delay, a fee of USD 6 applies, and a no-show fee of USD 10, plus a redelivery fee based on your zone.

Yes. If delivery isn’t possible due to unavailability or incorrect details, a storage fee of USD 3 per day will be charged, starting two days after the first delivery attempt, and continuing up to a maximum of 5 days.

Yes, insurance is mandatory on all packages from the time we receive the item to the point of delivery. A minimum insurance fee of USD 1 or 1% of the declared value applies (whichever is higher). If no value is declared, coverage is capped at USD 100
